Refund policy

At Phisk AI, we aim to provide high-quality AI services with flexible usage and transparent billing. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle trials, subscription changes, credit adjustments, and refund requests.

By using Phisk AI, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


1. Free Trial

All new users are eligible for a 3-day free trial, during which:

  • No charges will be applied.
  • You will receive limited trial credits to test the platform.
  • You may upgrade or cancel at any time during the trial period without being billed.

Note: If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan or credit purchase will be charged automatically.


2. Subscriptions & Credit Purchases

Phisk AI operates on a Pay-as-You-Go and Subscription model. You can:

  • Choose a flexible credit-based plan or subscribe to a monthly package.
  • Adjust your credit top-up amount or change your plan at any time via your dashboard.

All payments are processed securely and immediately reflected in your account.


3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under specific conditions:

a. Technical Errors

If you are charged due to a technical issue (e.g., double billing, incorrect plan activation), you may request a full or partial refund within 7 days of the transaction.

b. Unused Credits (Refundable Within 7 Days)

If you purchase credits and do not use them at all within 7 days, you may request a refund for the unused portion.

c. Trial-Eligible Mistaken Charges

If you were incorrectly charged during the free trial period, we will refund the full amount upon request.

d. Non-Eligible Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Used or partially used credits
  • Time already consumed on subscription plans
  • AI output dissatisfaction (see our Terms of Service for disclaimers on AI-generated content)

4. Subscription & Credit Changes

You can:

  • Upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan anytime.
  • Top-up or reduce credit amounts manually or by switching to auto-renewal.

Subscription changes take effect at the next billing cycle, unless otherwise specified.

Credits purchased are valid for use until exhausted, unless otherwise stated on the pricing page.


5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID
  • Description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.


6. Chargebacks & Abuse

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of access to all AI services
  • Blacklisting from future use

We strongly encourage contacting our support team to resolve any billing issues before escalating to your bank or card issuer.
